Radio Rossii Network
This information is based on compilation of my own observations and of many resources on the Internet. Russia's territory from East to West is divided into 5 broadcasting zones (or areas). Radio Rossii transmit timeshifted versions of its programs in four of the five broadcasting zones. There are four versions (called "double" in Russian) and main for the Moscow Time zone (MSK).
Radio Rossii broadcasts the national anthem of Russia (Moscow time):
"Double-1" at 21.56 and at 15.56 MSK;
"Double-2" at 23.56 and at 17.56 MSK;
"Double-3" at 1.56 and at 19.56 MSK;
"Double-4" at 3.56 and at 21.56 MSK;
In the Moscow time zone at 5.56 and at 23.56 MSK.

- The broadcast area "A" - Kamchatka, Chukotka, Sakhalin ( time zone MSK+8, MSK+9; "Radio Rossii Double-1" ). Magadan, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Severo-Kurilsk +8, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Anadyr +9.
- The broadcast area "B" - Far East and Eastern Siberia ( time zones MSK+6, MSK+7, MSK+8; "Radio Rossii Double-2" ). Yakutsk, Blagoveshchensk, Chita +6, Birobidzhan, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk +7, Northeastern Yakutia +8.
- The broadcast area "V" - Central Siberia ( time zones MSK+4 , MSK+5; "Radio Rossii Double-3" ). Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Kyzyl, Abakan, Tomsk, Barnaul, Gorno-Altaysk, Novosibirsk +4, Irkutsk, Ulan-Ude +5.
- The broadcast area "G" - Ural, Western Siberia ( time zones MSK+2 , MSK+3; "Radio Rossii Double-4" ). Yekaterinburg, Orenburg, Perm, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Salekhard, Khanty-Mansiysk, Tyumen +2, Omsk +3.
- The broadcast area "M" - Central Russia ( time zones MSK-1, MSK, MSK+1 ). Kaliningrad -1, Moscow, Vladikavkaz, Krasnodar, Elista, Makhachkala, Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Syktyvkar, Kazan +0, Samara, Izhevsk, Astrakhan, Ulyanovsk, Saratov +1 ...
